A night of drinking and driving cost two people their lives.
Now the driver is behind bars.
Loren Kinney was arrested Tuesday for two counts of manslaughter.
The accident happened back in September when authorities say Kinney was driving drunk on the wrong side of the road of Loop 338.
He crashed head-on into Melissa Alvarado.
She was killed along with her passenger, Virginia Tate.
