Former NMSU Student Sentenced for Making Bomb Threats

A former New Mexico State University Student will spend two years in jail for a bomb threat.

A federal judge sentenced 30-year-old Duad Anwar on Thursday.

Back in March, he called and used the Internet to make six bomb threats in one day claiming students would die if they were not evacuated.

No explosives were ever found.
