BREWSTER COUNTY - A former Brewster County jailer now finds himself on the other side of the law.

Derek Gerome Thompson has been indicted on charges of improper sexual assault of a person in custody.

Thompson is accused of fondling an inmate's breast at the Brewster County Jail.
