ALPINE - A former Sul Ross Law Enforcement Academy Training Coordinator learned what charges she will be facing.

Kellie Powell is accused of helping her students cheat on their state exams back in 2009 and 2010.

She was originally indicted back in April of last year but the charges were dismissed.

Powell is now charged with three counts of tampering with government documents.
