ALPINE - A grand jury indicted a mother daughter duo in Alpine for selling synthetic pot.
55-year-old Rosa Lipsen and her daughter, 27-year-old Ilana, were caught in a sting, selling spice out of their smoke shop called "The Purple Zone."
The bust came on the heels of a seven month investigation.
The two women are charged with possession of a controlled substance in a drug-free zone, which is a third degree felony.
