ODESSA - Odessa Police are investigating after a body was found in a truck south of town on Saturday.
Officers responded to a check welfare call about a man who appeared to be passed out in a truck off of Murphy and Magnolia.
The man turned out to be dead so the mobile crime scene lab and the Medical Examiner were called out to help with the scene.
Officers taped off the area while the crimes against persons unit took over the investigation.
They'll try to figure out how the man died.
