SAN ANTONIO - An 11-month old baby has been found and a murder suspect was caught almost two weeks after police issued an Amber Alert.

According to a TV station in San Antonio, 23-year-old Jonathan Guillen was arrested in a home in the 200 block of Carmen last night.

Police found him holding his son, Jonathan Guillen, Jr.

Guillen gave the baby to police without any problems.

He is being charged with murder for reportedly shooting his mother's estranged boyfriend, 44-year-old Ernest Garcia, who had punched Guillen's mother in the face.

He then took his child and took off.

Officials say he may have been in San Antonio since then.

An anonymous tip through crime stoppers led to his arrest.

The baby is now with relatives and child protective services are putting together a safety plan for him.
