HOBBS, N.M. - A man in Hobbs was in the hospital on Christmas Eve with a gunshot wound but he won't tell police who shot him.
Officials say that 20-year-old Avery Kerr was taken to the hospital around 11 p.m.
He had been shot in the shoulder.
When officers tried to ask him what had happened, he wouldn't tell them anything.
