A former West Texas Mayor will be home for the holidays now that he's been bailed out of jail.
Former Toyah Mayor Bartolo Sanchez was released on Wednesday after paying 20 percent of his $100,000 bond in cash.
Sanchez is accused of stealing thousands of dollars from his own city.
He resigned from his position last week.
