ODESSA - Plans for Ector County ISD's $129 million dollar bond projects started on Tuesday night.
A unanimous vote from the board approved the moving of a little over $8 million from their current budget to use for meetings with architects about their new elementary school buildings.
They will also be discussing additions to both high schools.
The money was approved because they can't start using the funds from the bond until next march.
The board wanted to get things moving on the projects before the Spring.
