Arrest Made in Big Spring High School Bomb Threat

BIG SPRING - Big Spring Police busted a local man for making a bomb threat at the high school.

And get this, they just called him up and told him to surrender.

Police say when 24-year-old Jordan Hamilton turned himself in, he confessed to making the call but did not say why he did it.

Hamilton is charged with making a terroristic threat.

The bomb threat was called into the police department on Monday.

The school was evacuated but no explosives were found.

Police traced the call to a cell phone that was turned off.
