MIDLAND - A Midland man threatened someone with a BB gun and now he's behind bars.

An affidavit says Mandiaye Aw went up to a man at a laundromat on Sunday on North Midland Drive.

He asked him for drugs, alcohol and lighters.

The man told Aw no and went out to his car.
