New information on an Ector County inmate who called and made a bomb threat to an East Texas elementary school.
18-year-old Willie Solomon from Waco is the man who made the threats.
Now if that name sound familiar, it's because back in October, Solomon was arrested for shooting a man in the parking lot of the MCM Elegante Hotel.
The Marlin Police Department tells NewsWest 9, the call was made Monday afternoon and was traced back to Solomon because of his long distance pin that was used
Marlin police is handling the investigation and will charge Solomon with false alarm.
Ector County will assist marlin police with the investigation.
Right now, there is no word on why Solomon called in the threat to the elementary school.
