Andrews - An Andrews man was arrested for child pornography. He was busted after homeland security agents traced the IP address to his old apartment. There, a friend told agents he willingly let Francisco Cantu borrow his username and password.

This individual did not know Cantu was only satisfying his sick habit.

Homeland Security began looking into an IP address which special agents say an individual later identified as Francisco Jose Cantu had uploaded four files containing child porn to an online photo site called Photobucket.

One of the files contained male adults having sex with a girl who appeared to be around 11-years old.

Agents immediately located the physical address of where the owner of the IP address lived.

They were lead to the Westwood Village Apartments in Andrews.

After interrogating the individual agents were informed that he let his then neighbor Cantu borrow his security code, username and password.

The individual says he has known Cantu for about 5 years, but ended their friendship due to the vulgar, sexual advances and comments he would make towards women in public.

He says Cantu's favorite topic was about sex and he would openly admit visiting porn sites.

On November 28 they served a searched a warrant to search Cantu's home.

There special agents encountered Cantu and his roommate both were taken into custody.

Cantu told agents where his laptop could be found immediately. After searching through his laptop, agents came across several images of child pornography.

Cantu confessed that he's been looking at child porn for the past two years and that he prefers girls ten years and older.

He even admitted to using different browsers ones that were untraceable and with capabilities to mirror images and mask IP addresses.

We went to Westwood Village Apartments this morning many tenants did not answer their doors, and the few that did not want to give an on camera interview.

After telling them what had taken place there, one individual said,"Point him out to me, I will deal with him," another one said "Its evil, disgusting."

If convicted Cantu faces 5 to 20 years behind bars and a 250,000 dollar bond.

Cantu is scheduled to appear in court next Tuesday.
