Man Indicted for Murder in Mall Parking Lot Shooting

ODESSA - A man accused in a deadly shooting in a mall parking lot has been indicted for murder.

24-year-old Baushlyon Richardson was indicted Monday for the murder of Pablo Jimenez and two counts of aggravated assault of 21-year-old Jesus Garcia and 23-year-old Jovanie Bernal.     

Back in August, Richardson allegedly opened fire in the parking lot of Music City Mall. Officers received a call or people refusing to leave the *TEN Sports Bar and Grill inside the mall. 

When officers arrived three people had been hit. Pablo Jimenez died from his injuries.
