During October 2012, Agents of the Lea
County Drug Task Force began receiving information that an individual was
Distributing Marijuana from her home located at 504 E. Gypsy, Hobbs, New
Mexico.
As a result of the information an undercover
operation was initiated. During the months of October and November the
Undercover Agent completed several purchases of Marijuana from Ms. Ruiz.
On November 28, 2012, 45 YOA Dora Ruiz was
arrested on four counts of Distribution of Marijuana (4th Degree
Felony). She was booked into the Lea County Detention Facility on a $15,000
cash bond.
