UPDATE: November 29, 2012
Walter Webb was found not guilty Thursday, after being accused of forcing himself on a little
girl. He was dismissed of charges, after the not guilty verdict was read.
After a mistrial back in October, a trial will commence in the case of 49-year-old Walter Webb.
Webb's original trial was postponed because one of the jurors knew a witness.
A new jury was selected on Tuesday.
Webb is accused of attempted aggravated sexual assault of a child.
A 13-year-old girl claims Webb held her down by her throat and tried to take her clothes off.
She says he threatened to kill her, her baby brother and her dog if she didn't expose herself.
He only let her go when he heard someone approaching. The jury didn't find any evidence, that
Webb committed the crime.
