A convicted murderer now knows when he will face execution.
Michael Gonzales, also known as "Spider" will be executed on March 21, 2013.
Gonzalez is convicted of stabbing his elderly neighbors, Manuel and Merced Aguirre, to death 17 years ago after breaking into the home to steal from them.
He was able to halt his execution twice.
We're also told the elderly couple he stabbed were people who took care of him as a child.
