Charges Dropped Against Midland Man Who Filmed Deadly Train Accident

MIDLAND - The Midland man who filmed the deadly train accident that killed four veterans last week will get his footage back.

Joe Cobarobio was put behind bars last week for filming the entire accident and interfering with officials.

But he claims police simply walked up to him, snatched his camera and took off with his memory card.

Cobarobio is now getting his camera and memory card and all charges have been dropped.
