WEST ODESSA - New information on a shooting that occurred in West Odessa last month.
A grand jury is now looking over the case.
Adam Prieto, Nykole Bretz, David Byer, Junior and Diana Otero were all shot during some type of confrontation.
The grand jury will look at whether to indict all of them on aggravated assault charges.
Prieto and Bretz have already been charged with unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon.
Prieto and Byer were charged with tampering with evidence.
The shooting happened in a travel trailer on easy avenue back on October seventh.
All four went to the hospital with gunshot wounds.
They survived and have since been treated and released from the hospital.
