ANDREWS - We have new information on the shooting that happened in an Andrews parking lot last week.
26-year-old Ashley Grado is listed in fair condition at Medical Center Hospital.
Last week, she was shot in the Alco Discount Store parking lot during a DPS Narcotics investigation.
We're told the DPS agent identified himself to Grado and 19-year-old Eric Carrasco.
When he tried to make an arrest, Grado took off and even tried to hit the agent with her vehicle.
The agent then fired his gun at the vehicle and hit Grado before she crashed.
Carrasco was charged with possession of a firearm by a felon and possession of meth.
