MIDLAND - Less than 24 hours after the accident, lawyers have been called in to represent one of the victims.
Kevin Glasheen and Robert Pottroff sent NewsWest 9 a press release on Friday afternoon.
We're told the attorney's will team up to represent one of the victims who was severely injured in the train wreck.
However, they are also talking to several other families who lost loved ones.
The attorney's will be sending out a team of experts this weekend to investigate the site and we're told they already have a former railroad employee as an expert witness.
The two lawyers will hold a press conference on Monday morning in front of the midland county courthouse.
