MIDLAND - We're also hearing from a brother of one of the four veterans who was killed.
We've learned that Gary Stouffer was stationed at Camp Lejeune in North Carolina and had close ties to the Wounded Warrior Project.
His younger brother, Jason, recalled the best thing he remembers about his brother.
"His smile, he and I would always have good times we would always goof off. We always had good times I live very far away and when I'd get to see him, we'd always have good times," Jason Stouffer said.
Stouffer's wife, Catherine, was also there when the train and float collided.
According to family, she is on her way home from the hospital.
