ONCOR crews from Texas have been working overtime helping to restore power for victims of Super Storm Sandy.

But now they're finally heading home.

Over 100 Texas ONCOR employees, including some from the Basin, were sent out to Maryland, New York and New Jersey.

Super Storm Sandy cut power to nearly eight million homes and businesses.

The mess only got more difficult when two nor'easters dumped several inches of snow on the area.

ONCOR employees were out there for about two weeks and most of the crews were volunteers.
