ECTOR COUNTY – A fugitive was nabbed on Wednesday in Odessa and he was caught hiding under a house.
40-year-old James Roczniak was wanted for two DWI warrants and 24 counts of sexual assault, all handed down by a grand jury indictment.
He was found hiding under a house on Yukon in Odessa and was arrested without any problems but finding him was no easy task.
U.S. Marshals from Midland and Pecos along with four other law enforcement agencies all teamed up to catch him.
