Midland Man Killed in Late Night Rollover Accident on Loop 250

MIDLAND - A Midland man is dead after his SUV rolled over on east Loop 250 on Tuesday night.

It happened before midnight.

We're told 24-year-old Leonardo Ramos was heading east on the service road when his car rolled onto the Interstate.

DPS Troopers tell NewsWest 9, Ramos was not wearing his seatbelt at the time.

He was pronounced dead at the scene.
