ODESSA – One fugitive who was on the run for 10 months is back behind bars.Wilton Green, also known as "Crazy Crip," was caught at a traffic stop outside of his family's home on 311 Patterson in Odessa.Green was originally charged with having narcotics but then he escaped a Midland halfway house after he got out of prison. He had been on the run since January.
