In order to qualify for assistance, households must be at or below 125% of the Federal Poverty Level. For example, a family of four can earn up to $2,401 per month to qualify for assistance.
To apply for assistance clients will need to bring the following:
Identification: Drivers License, Picture ID, Social Security Card or other type of non-picture identification. Birth dates & Social Security Cards for all household members. Proof of Residence and Mailing Address Proof of Earned Income or Wages for the past 30 days. Proof of Unearned Income (TANF, SS, SSI, VA Benefits, Unemployment, Pension, Child Support) Name, Address and Telephone number of Landlord , if renting. Current Utility Bills or Statements with Account Numbers
