MARTIN COUNTY - A tragic rollover in Martin County took the life of a young woman on Monday morning.
It happened on FM 1212 and FM 829, two miles west of Stanton.
We're told the driver, 19-year-old Brittaney Fields died at the scene.
Investigators say for some reason fields veered to the left, overcorrected and lost control of the SUV right before she rolled over.
Her passenger, 21-year-old John Dutra, is in stable condition at Midland Memorial Hospital.
