BIG SPRING - The four teens that are charged with vandalizing the Vietnam Memorial in Big Spring have been indicted according to the Big Spring Herald.
Back in August, the Memorial was scratched and some parts of the helicopter display were ruined.
The suspects: 17-year-old Nicholas Sharp, 17-year-old Kevin Towner, 17-year-old Devan Cook and 17-year-old Anthony Lewis were arrested at school a few weeks later.
All four were charged with criminal mischief public building which is a state jail felony.
Sharp, Towner and Cook were also charged with tampering with physical evidence, which is a third degree felony.
