ODESSA - The man accused of murdering an elderly couple in their Odessa home last year is headed for trial.
Jury selection in the capital murder case of James Burwell began on Monday.
He is accused of stabbing Dick and Peggy Glover to death in their home.
He also took their credit cards and took off in their SUV.
Police later found him in Lubbock.
The Glover family asked prosecutors not to ask for the death penalty.
If he's found guilty, Burwell could face life in prison without parole.
