MIDLAND - The smell of baked turkey and stuffing will be filling the air at the Midland Horseshoe Arena.
H.E.B. is preparing the biggest thanksgiving feast in all of West Texas.
On Thursday, an army of volunteers spent the day cooking and getting ready for the annual feast of sharing and the whole thing is served for free to the entire community.
It will run Friday night from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m.
This year, they're expecting over 7,500 people to walk through their doors.
