MIDLAND - A Midland man, who drove his employer's truck after being fired, will spend nearly a decade behind bars.
Apolonio Rodriguez, III, used to work at Rogers Ford in Midland but he was fired.
Instead of giving his truck back, he kept it for six months until he was caught.
He was charged with one count of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.
