BIG SPRING - Three people were hurt following a drive-by shooting in Big Spring early Sunday morning.

Officers were called out to 1400 Mesa after shots were fired. When they arrived at the home, they found the three victims who had been injured. A party was being held at the home, and it appears that prior to the shooting there had been a fight between two men and some of the other party guests.

The two men left the party and within 30 minutes the drive-by shooting took place. 30-year-old Abilene Mojica was grazed in the left rib are, but refused treatment. 25-year-old Ines Jesus Gonzales suffered a bullet wound to the right forearm and was airlifted to Lubbock. 27-year-old David Garza, Jr. suffered a bullet wound to the leg and one to the buttocks area. He was also airlifted to Lubbock.

So far there have been no arrests. No word on the condition of the victims.

Detectives believe two different weapons were used in the assault. The investigation is ongoing.
