ANDREWS - The City of Andrews plans on making a big splash in the next year.

We're told the city is looking to create a splash park.

It would be the first park of its kind for the community.

City Manager Glen Hackler tells NewsWest 9, the project is a joint effort between the county and the city.

The total cost of the splash park is about $2.2 million.

But you'll have to be patient as the project probably won't start until next fall.
