ODESSA - It turns out James Burwell may have had help trying to cover up the murders of an Odessa couple.

U.S. Marshals and Police arrested Tisha Burwell on Thursday.

She accused of tampering or fabricating evidence.

Tisha was picked up at her workplace, Nurses Unlimited, in Odessa.

James Burwell is charged with stabbing Peggy and Dick Glover to death back in May of last year.

The Glovers' bodies were found by construction workers who were doing renovations at the house for them.

Burwell was later found in Lubbock in the victims' SUV.

Investigators say a pattern on Burwell's blood-stained boots matched boot prints found at the crime scene.

If he is convicted of capital murder, he would spend life in prison without parole.

Back in August, the Glover family requested that Burwell not face the death penalty.

Jury selection is set to begin November fifth.
