ODESSA - ICE Agents swarmed an Odessa neighborhood on Wednesday morning but this wasn't your typical raid.
A spokesperson with ICE tells NewsWest 9, Homeland Security Investigations executed search and arrest warrants at Divine Fragrances in the 1400 block of North Grant Street.
Maria Valdez, who is the owner of Divine Fragrances, was arrested for hawking fake designer bags, wallets and sunglasses out of her store.
The U.S. Attorney's Office has accepted the case and Valdez will make an appearance before a U.S. Magistrate Judge on a date to be determined.
