MIDLAND - A Midland man will spend 15 years locked up for drinking and driving. But this wasn't his first offense, not even his second or third.
40-year-old Jason Creek pled guilty to driving while intoxicated.
Last year, he was found driving recklessly on highway with a blood alcohol level four times the legal amount.
Not only was creek drunk, he was also high on pills.
To top it all off, Creek was already on probation for a DWI in another county.
This was Creek's sixth DWI conviction.
