ODESSA - Two of the people in the crazy chain reaction accident in Odessa on Tuesday are still in the hospital.
The accident happened at 3:30 p.m. Tuesday afternoon.
That's when police say 41-year-old Dustin Taylor, who was driving a Toyota going north on East Loop 338, hit 87-year-old Kate Butler head on.
Butler's suburban ended up spinning sideways and hit a light pole.
Taylor's truck then veered towards a school bus that was stopped at the light.
The school bus was not damaged and no one inside the bus was hurt.
We're told Taylor has been released from the hospital.
Albert Butler, a passenger in the Chevrolet, is in critical condition.
The driver of the Chevy, 87-year-old Kate Butler, is in serious condition.
The investigation continues.
