MIDLAND - A Midland man ends up in handcuffs after hitting a woman walking along a street on Tuesday night.
We're told the man was driving down the 100 block of Terrell Street when he crossed the railroad tracks.
Somehow he ended up hitting a woman who walking along the road with a man.
Police think he was under the influence.
The driver was arrested for DWI and taken to jail.
The woman was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
The man who was with her wasn't hurt.
