MIDLAND - One Midland Elementary School received a big donation, new reading material.
200 new books were donated to Carver Center by Midland County Library Director John Trischetti.
Trischetti says he chose Carver Center because they had the smallest elementary library and wanted to help build up the schools collection.
He says he hopes it will help Midland ISD as they strive toward higher levels of literacy.
