ODESSA - An Odessa aunt is going to prison for not watching her nephew closely enough.
The four-year-old fell into a hotel pool last year and drowned.
Denise Harper pled guilty to criminally negligent homicide.
She was already on probation for having drugs.
She was given nine months in prison for the child's death and two years for breaking probation.
Last year, Harper left her four-year-old nephew at the MCM Grande pool unattended and he later drowned.
His brother found him at the bottom of the pool and pulled him out.
