WINKLER COUNTY - Winkler County decided not to reinstate their burn ban on Monday night.
Commissioners took into account input from both Kermit and Winkler County fire officials before they made their decision.
They also looked at the drought index which has been very low in that area.
The Commissioners will return to the issue at next month's meeting.
