ODESSA - The man who went on a shooting spree in Odessa back in January will spend the next 10 years in prison.
22-year-old Justin Mireles pled guilty to aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, deadly conduct and evading.
In January, Mireles started firing shots at homes and businesses in a wave of shootings across town.
Two people were hit with bullets, the woman and man survived.
According to the Ector County District Attorney, both approved the plea deal.
A juvenile says he drove the car while Mireles shot out the window.
