MIDLAND - Scary moments for a Midland family after a six year old child wandered away from home and was found walking alone on a street.
It happened on Sunday afternoon just before 4:30 p.m.
The six year old girl was found walking barefoot near Del Mar and Country Club when a driver spotted her.
Turns out the child and her family had recently moved to the area and she wandered about two blocks from home.
The child was returned safely back home.
Police say there was no negligence so no charges will be filed.
