MIDLAND - Midland College hosted a workshop on Saturday morning for dreamers also known as undocumented students.
The workshop was meant to help dreamers learn more about the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals Program.
The new policy was recently enacted under President Obama's administration that allows certain undocumented immigrants to stay in the country without fear of deportation if they meet certain criteria.
We're told the workshop came at the request of students in the Midland community.
Immigration Lawyer Daniel Caudillo spoke at the workshop to talk about the pros and cons of the program.
