MIDLAND - Scary moments for a driver coming off of Loop 250.
Midland Police were called out to a rollover accident off of Loop 250 just after 8 p.m. Saturday evening.
We're told the driver of a pick-up failed to yield right of way coming out of the Kohl's parking lot.
The truck hit a black Cobalt coming off the service road which caused the car to rollover once.
Thankfully, no one was injured but the driver of the truck was cited for failure to yield right of way coming out of a private drive.
