ODESSA - New details in the M.C.M. Elegante shooting earlier this week.

We're told the shooter gave police a fake name and birthday and he wasn't alone.

Willie Solomon has been charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

He's accused of shooting a teen in the parking lot of the M.C.M. Elegante.

We're told Solomon gave officers a fake name when questioned and a friend with him gave Solomon up as the shooter.

Police were looking for Solomon and two other guys after reviewing the hotel's security video.

They found Solomon and 20-year-old Dominique Blankenship near the Elegante.

We're told Solomon identified himself as Willford Sanders.

Blankenship told police Sanders was the shooter and that the gun went off accidentally.

He also told officer's the victim, Curtis Jackson, had a beef and that sanders threatened to burn him just before the shot was fired.

Blankenship was arrested but on charges unrelated to the shooting.

Johnson has been upgraded to serious condition.
