ODESSA - A Odessa man went on a burglary spree and broke into five different places along Andrews highway.
Now, he's behind bars.
From April to September, 30-year-old Darnell Polk was seen on security cameras breaking in and taking money from multiple restaurants.
Last month, Polk went to police and waived his rights.
He confessed that he broke into Wendy's, Keith's Hamburger Station, Star's Drive-In, Fortune Cookie, and You-Got-It Yogurt.
He told police that each time he would go through a window and take off with the cash.
Polk is behind bars on a $75,000 bond.
