Eunice Police Conduct Warrant Round-Up

EUNICE, N.M. - If you had an outstanding warrant and live in Eunice, you probably got a visit from the Police on Thursday.

Eunice and Hobbs Police, along with the Lea County Sheriff's Office, the Drug Task Force and State Police had a warrant round-up on Thursday.

They were focused mostly on drug related crimes.

The round-up started at 6 a.m. with about two dozen warrants.

Four hours later, half of those with warrants had already been arrested.
